Frequently Asked Questions
- How long does it take to wake up?
- Around 30 seconds. Your first connection acts as the wake-up signal, so wait a moment and reconnect. If a server hasn't been played on for 7 days, its world is moved to storage, so the next wake-up will take slightly longer than usual.
- Will it go to sleep while we're playing?
- Never while someone is online. It automatically goes to sleep once the server has been empty for 15 consecutive minutes.
- Do invited friends have to pay?
- Nope. Only the person who created the server is ever billed.
- What happens if I reach the monthly cap?
- Your server keeps running normally. You simply won't be billed for anything beyond the cap.
- Can I play on Bedrock Edition (phones, Switch, etc.)?
- Not supported. Currently, Netherix only supports Java Edition (Paper).
- What payment methods are supported?
- We accept credit cards via Stripe. Charges are billed together at the end of each month.
